Dialogue Between A Mum And Her Son, Who Is A Bum

The Mum said to the Bum
"Stop being so glum you dumb bum, glum bum".
"But Mum, how can I not be glum?
I have drunk to much rum
and it hurts in my tum
and it's making me numb"!
"If it hurts in your tum, you must chew some mint gum.
Oh my bum, how come, you have drunk so much rum"?
"Oh mum, don't be dumb, it's because, I'm a bum!"
